Pearl Song was the Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch section of Boukenshin. Its /pitch/ address survives in a title reference and on another Hanon fan site. The surviving addresses point toward introductions, character pages and short translation files.
The series brings together mermaid identity, friendship and musical transformation. A useful starting question is how a character moves between a private identity and a performed one.
