Surviving Mermaid Melody links name character profiles and index pages at Pearl Song. The historical set includes profkaren.php, profindo02.php, profindex.php and princess.php. The spellings in the old paths and referring pages are retained in the address list below.
When comparing a character across releases, begin with an edition label and a scene reference. Record what the character knows, what they say, and what the audience knows. Those three columns can expose a secret-identity scene’s tension without requiring a full plot retelling.
Do not assume that a name variant identifies a different character. Compare the surrounding work, edition and character role before correcting it. For publication context, use the publisher’s page.
