Boy Fruit · Banana Fish
The Banana Fish site cited by manga readers, directories and critical conversations.
Reading notes
Boy Fruit was the Banana Fish section of Boukenshin. Its address appears in a Comics Reporter interview and other manga references. A later Manga Bookshelf discussion links a specific omake page, giving us a second route into the former section.
VIZ identifies Akimi Yoshida as the creator of Banana Fish. For a reading notebook, distinguish the work’s crime-story premise from the particular question you want to follow: trust, movement through a city, control of a conversation, or a pause after action.
Our current Banana Fish essay offers an opening-volume reading approach. The links below lead to the publisher and the surviving reader conversation.
